Step 1: Go to Outlook.com
Open your preferred web browser and go to:

Step 2: Click “Sign in”
On the Outlook homepage, click the “Sign in” button at the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
Type in your full Microsoft 365 email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com) and click Next.
Step 4: Enter Your Password
Type in your password and click Sign in.

Step 5 (Optional): Stay Signed In
If you’re on a personal device, you can choose “Yes” when prompted to stay signed in. If you’re on a public or shared computer, choose “No”.
That’s it! You’ll now be taken to your Outlook web inbox where you can read, send, and manage your email from anywhere.
